Thompson colony
Thompson Colony Feedlot near Fort McLeod, Alberta, Canada underwent upgrades to the undercover core centre in 2011. The initial complex used Temple Grandin-based designs, including curved races and crowding yards. Since then it has been expanded from 35,000 head to 54,000 head in 2016, which included a new vee race in the induction facility. A dual alley adjustable race with anti-backers was installed to speed up the processing of cattle being inducted into the feedlot.
