Mort & Co.’s Grassdale Feedlot near Dalby, Queensland, has continued to be upgraded since it was originally built in 2007.  The initial complex used Temple Grandin based designs, including curved races and crowding yards.  Since then, it has been expanded from 35,000hd to 54,000hd in 2016, which included a new vee lane in the induction facility. A dual alley adjustable race with anti-backers was installed to speed up the processing of cattle being inducted into the feedlot. In 2019, a tipping restrainer was installed into the upgraded hospital facilities. This was only the second tipping restrainer to be manufactured by Thompson Longhorn.
