This project was built to ensure efficient and safe operation for staff and livestock. Many aspects of the design support operator safety including access on horseback throughout the yards with higher frames on gates.  A manual 360°Crowd with a pneumatic entry gate leads into the curved lane, with a loadout facility.  The race leads into the Monarch MK2 which features a pneumatic chin lifter to assist operators safely carry out ear-tagging or other procedures such as mouthing animals. Cattle can be drafted up to 5 ways with a fully pneumatic fan draft.  A shade structure over the core centre provides relief from the Territory sun.
